Political activism took many forms and was practiced by people and organizations from the entire political spectrum. Activism that challenged the Nazi regime or supported the people it persecuted included efforts to raise funds for relief programs, promote awareness of Nazi crimes, and agitate for refugee aid and immigration reform.
